Welcome to my little upcycling business world! I've been full timing this gig for 1.5 years now and here you can get an insight to what running a small business is like! andddd as you will see, there are some great times, and some not so great times haha! 🌸🪡
I'm usually sewing most days of the week, but as I prepare for not one, but TWO launches this week, you get to see how they realistically go.

Your t-towel top is so cool, the colors perfect for your style . Don’t let anyone steal your patterns , or ideas , cause believe me it’s happening to me by my own teacher, this didn’t end well for the teacher ! Don’t sell yourself short !

I am watching this whilst packing up some yarn sets for an upcoming craft fair next weekend. I totally feel what you are saying - that there is so much admin with a small business - and I am not even full time! I also found it very cute how nervous you were when your listings were going live. So sweet. Your stuff is amazing, keep going. Those pieces of fabric deserve to be made into something amazing.

Thank you!! Sewing is the best best skill to have, I think everyone should do it!!😂🙌 a lot of clothing you find isn’t tailored for different shaped bodies, so by having sewing skills, you can make it fit you perfectly - it’s fab!💜

You have awesome sewing skills , never let people talk you down from asking price , your work is art ! I made patch work hobo style bags made out of appustrey fabric scraps , I made $300 dollars on the first one I made !

I just wondered about how late it already is when you right in this moment showed your phone screen to the camera and it said it was 13:53. Came upon your channel by chance and have subscribed. My mother (long gone) was a very creative seamstress and needlewoman for nigh on 65 years and kept our family of five afloat with a home based business after being widowed (while pregnant) in 1963. She would have been in her element doing what you do.

A bride and entourage were let down four days before the wedding It was a large Italian affair and my mother's Italian next door neighbours put them in contact with her. In three days using her own drafted patterns she made the lavish bridal gown, six bridesmaids, page girl, page boy and mother of the bride gowns. They invited her to the wedding but she was too tired to go much to her regret. I have a piece of cake in a tin from the event. I shall enjoy watching your programme.

I find this video title & content confusing because the title says to me that you are going to "design a tea towel". Just a suggestion: perhaps instead word it "designing with tea towels".
