At least they actually notice what they did and didn't do wrong when watching the game over. Although sometimes I feel like they do even the game out

Yeah being an umpire is not an easy job. However, I think a high powered rifle should be trained on every afl umpire during a game and if you make three mistakes...bang. Maybe that will ensure they pay attention. It would also eliminate the subtle bias towards one team, regardless of how they might think it is concealed.

You don't make decisions with loose skin. I think they've based that purely off superstition
