My dad before he got his cdl 5 years ago worked many jobs like janitor or paving roads. He hated it but did it because he has a family to support but still not enough, getting his cdl made life comfortable for him and honestly seeing him how he’s comfortable with it gives me the decision to follow his steps. Honestly me being single and just me being me I wouldn’t mind seeing the country and other states. Plus I like being alone when I’m working. It’s peacefully

Love the videos. One trick I learned about tension from the fifth wheel is when I park my unit I was taught to set ONLY the trailer brakes, first, and wait 3-5 seconds and then set the tractor brakes after. This trick helps reduce the tension to the fifth wheel and easily pull the fifth wheel pin hassle free.

I'm a flatbeder myself and it's definitely a hard job but I respect that you've always got a positive attitude. That's important out there. Truck on driver!
