I think you would like the 'Weetabix' cheesecake breakfast! It's basically 2 x Weetabix, crumbled and blended with yoghurt and milk. Leave to set and top with sweetened tofu cream cheese and a compote! It's like having cheesecake for breakfast....totally delicious and nutritious! 😊

If you didn’t know, when you add turmeric to your quinoa you can add a very small amount of cracked black pepper and it will increase the anti inflammatory affects of the turmeric by over a thousand percent. You can look it up but anyways I didn’t see you do it in this video, so if you didn’t know that, know you do! It’s such a small amount it doesn’t affect the flavour at all either, just the absorption efficiency.
