A Week on Tasmania's Bruny Island | Camping, Surfing, 4WDing and Airbnbs

Hi friends, welcome back! This week we're exploring the beautiful Bruny Island located just off the coast of Tasmania's southeast corner. We start off at Adventure Bay, take a track to Cloudy Bay for some surf and then check into a few Airbnbs to celebrate our birthdays.
The first Airbnb we stayed at was the Bruny Boathouse and the second was The Hide at Sheepwash Bay (the owners of the infamous bread fridge!).

I'm with Glenn, Butter on toast probably 5 times in 10 years! Sorry Kendall. I do put on chunks of home made jams though. Happy Birthdays as well. Bruny looks awesome. As Tassie is the only state I've never been to it is on my to do list. Thanks for keeping on showing us your travels. Tourism Australia should be paying you a motsa for the free promotion they get from your brilliant work!

Really nice video. I've had three trips to Tassie, one backpacking but two were holiday slash work, catching up with cray fishermen in Bicheno and ab divers in Dover. Took me through some amazing country, but you'd already know that. Happy birthdays.

Coolest surf vehicle in Tasmania? Have you tried a slow cooker, connected to your inverter, so you can cook whilst driving?

Hey Tristan! Definitely, we’re thinking of doing a video on that soon. We haven’t had too many issues but since being in Tasmania we’ve found it pretty tricky. The biggest challenge is having to find someone to watch them when you want to go into national parks, which means you have to do a lot more planning ahead. We’ll do a video on it soon! 😊

It really is! We use a few different kinds depending on circumstances. Karvan blend 2 is a favourite of ours but we also keep our eyes peeled for specials in Woolies. Either the vittoria organic bean or the sacred ground breezy blend.
