He put the chicken in the fire first. it's a continuous stream of fresh water. Chicken that is grown, butchered and prepped with care on a small farm do not have the same issues as the factory chicken bought in most stores.

That is an original way to fry chicken. I have never seen it until today. Chicken is so delicious and the chickens he cooked look so crunchy in the outside and tender in the inside. Along with a combination of a fresh vegetable salad, that makes it a whole, nutritious meal. Two thumbs up to that outstanding cook.

The spring have arrived in Azerbaijen, the snow in the mountains have melted the trees have blossom with white flowers, the streams and brooks give us relaxing sound, this is the unique cooking of chickens in the buckets, this my first seeing the technic of cooking the chicken, I was amazed the art of cooking of this man, is one of a million. Zinc fumes are set free when galvanised steel is heated. These fumes are very toxic to breathe. Deposits of zinc from the fumes accumulate in the food. Utensils like ladles and galvanized-surfaced pails should not be used for food cooking.

Although Bob Ross as a painter talked, it was relaxing and he was quite the teacher. This guy is literally living the dream of retirement in a sweet stretch of land with cooking skills and a setup of serenity. I could totally see him and Bob hanging out, no words .just cooking and painting, iced tea or beer, no time. Dark doesn't equal bedtime, no noise. A little Heaven on Earth. Just an opinion here 👍. We make a version of this recipe but, we use beer cans with spices and seasonings to insert into the bird, and cooked over a pit using wood coals !! You Sir have not made a dish yet that I wouldn't try...You my friend are an expert on preparing meals !! Just got home last week from Eastern Kentucky { Appalachian mountains} yes the mountains in the background made me a bit misty eyed, I love the mountains {anywhere} !!! You can take the boy from the mountains but, You'll never take the mountains from the boy !! Keep cooking my friend and may God bless !!!

Now I don't have to worry about material goods, but can't wait to retire and go from Canada to true FREEDOM, some country. Simplisity and happy people around it is true happiness. @@drakedraven6961 Or a cast iron dutch oven. Which is what they're made for. Even distribution of heat. I've made everything in a dutch oven, even a cake. Just place it on a flat surface and surround it with coals. Put the lid on and place coals on the lid. Lasts for a lifetime.

@@bamafencer12 I can tell you because I used it most of the time , but I burn wood not coal ,it takes an hour or less depending on the amount of wood burning. Usually I put a plate of rice or vegetables underneath the chicken, the moisture from which helps in the inner flesh softening, yet it get cooked on the same time receiving the delicious flavour of the chicken fat

С каждым новым роликом все больше и больше восхищаюсь этим мужчиной. Красивый, уверенный в себе, настоящий мастер своего дела- шикарно готовит, может за какие-то минуты сделать любое приспособление для готовки, построить печь, приют для ночлега, обожает животных( и они его тоже), устраивает праздники для детей. So many highlights to this video, from the peacefulness of the mountains, to the love and hard work of the chef. Beautiful film quality and camera work, awesome outdoor kitchen, why was the cabbage sooooo purple?! When the bucket came up, my jaw dropped! I've had chicken cooked this way in Thailand except they used a half full bottle of beer instead of the wooden stake. It's amazing how quickly the chicken cooks.

I have seen this type of cooking before, galvanized zinc sheets were used and wood was piled on top. Also when baking potato or other puddings we use galvanized zinc sheets with real coal on top and live coals underneath outside. From the Island of the Caribbean. Much cooking is done outside unto this day. Especially if you live in the rural countryside.

С чего вы взяли, что в горах чистейшая вода. Это миф. Как правило анализ горных ручьев показывает зашкаливание по тяжелым металлам, т.к. вода вымывает все это из горных пород
