*"Women need to make up the fasts missed due to Menstruation period."* Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: *“We were commanded to make up the missed fasts but we were not told to make up the prayers.”* Meaning if She has missed their 5 daily prayer so she didn't required to make up those missed prayer but She need to make up the fasts which is missed during the month of Ramadan due to their period. You can count those days and once Ramadan finishes you can make up those missed fasts. "What can woman do during this time?" *Increase the Remembrance of Allah.* Here are some Remembrance of Allah. The Prophet (SAW) said: *"Whoever says: "Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi" one hundred times a day, will have his sins forgiven even if they are like the foam of the sea".* Al- Bukhari 7(168) سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ Meaning: Glorified is Allah and praised is He. *Must recite 100 times in a day.* The Prophet (SAW) said: Whoever says: *"Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer" ten times, will have the reward for freeing four slaves from the Children of Isma'il.* Al- Bukhari 7(67) لَا إِلهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ Meaning: Non has the right to be worshiped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is Able to do all things. The Prophet (SAW) said: *"Is anyone of you incapable of earning one thousand Hasanah (rewards) in a day?"* Someone from his gathering asked: *"How can anyone of us earn a thousand Hasanah".* He said: *"Glorify Allah a hundred times and a thousand Hasanah will be written for you, or a thousand sins will be wiped away".* سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ *Subhaanallaah.* Meaning : Glory be to Allah. *Must recite 100 times in a day.* The Prophet (SAW) said: For me to say: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَالحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ *Subhaanallaahi, walhamdu lillaahi, wa laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu, wallaahu 'Akbar.* *"Glory is to Allah, and praise is to Allah, and there is none worthy of worship but Allah, and Allah is the Most Great" is dearer to me than all that the sun rises upon".* (Mulsim: 4/2072) *TAKE SCREENSHOT AND SHARE WITH OUR SISTERS.*

When you said about women being something like an Air conditioner, it reminds me of the Malay word for Air Conditioner which is Hawa Dingin. Dingin means Cool (as in the temperature) and Hawa is well, Prophet Adam a.s wife. I don't know if this is why we Malay put Hawa Dingin as Air Conditioner in Malay but it is cool to know.

The sad thing I see in our community tho is that it’s the man that doesn’t guard the unseen, the one who shares EVERYTHING that happens between himself and his wife to others, especially his sisters and mother (I’m not saying all men, I’m saying unfortunately I see it a lot in our community). There is a few points i disagree with. One is your wife has a right to privacy ( Said by Sheikh assim al hakeem). Obviously if your wife wants to use your phone and you say no and then you delete something and then give her, then she will doubt you the same way when the situation is reversed. Most couples who look into their spouse phones are the ones who dont trust their spouse and it goes both ways. Next thing, you are NOT supposed to hit your wife. Wife bashing is haram in Islam. And i dont know why men dont get that. Are you animals that you want to hit your wife? Do you even fear Allah? Next thing, the private matters between a man and a wife should NOT be shared by anyone. This includes the 'bed matters' and other private things. Because this is "amanah". Alot of men do this with their friends and call it "guy talk"/ "men-talk" and alot of women do it too and call it "gossip" or "women-talk". Its totally prohibited to share such intimate matters as this is khayanah. And Prophet peace be upon him called it the biggest "khayanah" at the day of judgement. Another thing, if a husband is always hot-headed, then i should tell that man will never be loved by his wife and children. You want mercy from Allah? You show mercy to your family. And as Prophet peace be upon him said "Men (yani- Real men) are those who control their anger at times where they have the authority to hurt someone". So yes, be a real man and be a real woman and control your anger. Your wife is not your punching bag that Allah gave you. She is your wife. Your confidant. Your clothes. So yeah, respect each other's privacy, be approachable by your kids and spouse and show mercy so that Allah shows you mercy at the day of judgement. P.s: there is some "guy" who calls hubands as "lord" and what not of women. Sit down brother. Your understanding of religion may cause nothing but corruption. Lord is only Allah. Not husband or parents. I'd rather you dont bathe in misogyny so much that you commit shirk. Thank you.

Talk it out, that doesn't work? You tell a sheikh or someone educated in Islam, bring him along and show him how you feel. If he still doesn't fry to reform himself, talk about leaving .Your wellbeing is important and highly valued in Islam, if your emotional needs are not being fullfilled, there is no reason to stay.

The reason behind this mentioned in the videos is to make you aware that if your spouse wants to use your phone, it is allowed. Chat in person with your friends. Allah knows everything, and He is the One who knows if you are the protector of your spouse's heart. Much love. Xx

I wasn't sense of calm after 13years of my rights neglected and my ex husband was making matters worse with his silent treatment abuse. Still gave time for him to reconcile. One year after I gave up and moved on. His loss.
