I like to read Icy as asexual with a hint of sociopath. She's not interested in relationships because, in her mind, SHE'S the only one worth investing time in, and everyone else is just a pawn to be used, and that includes the other trix, as well as the villains she ends up working for. I like to imagine Icy as sort of a sleeper main villain, where you only ever see her and the Trix being each season's lackey, but behind the scenes, she's actually taking a bit of their power to make herself stronger, and the biggest bad the Winx has to face is the one they've been looking at since the very beginning. It would be a really cool way to incorperate the "super Trix" into the plot.

I like the backstory you gave her, it’s so interesting! And tbh, I can’t imagine Icy with anyone romantically, so I thought it might be interesting to make her aromantic and focus on the friendships she gains with Darcy and Stormy, how those might heal some of her past wounds and how friendships can be just as fulfilling and supporting as a romantic relationship

To be honest, I think Icy is one of the hardest characters to do justice to, and I would say you nailed it.

I am in love with how much care you put into her story rewrite and design. There is so much depth to her here, and I am digging how you used Azula's character design elements for Icy. Showing how intimidating she is even with a pastal color pallet is such a good choice, and I love how fierce she looks in her witch form. You nailed this, keep up the great work 💙

i ADORE the backstory and motivations your rewrite gives the characters!! your designs are incredible and the way you've been able to build on the show and give these characters actual compelling stories and unique personalities (lets be honest what the show did with the witches was lackluster at best lol) is really interesting to watch!! also im fully invested in the plotline with her sister and the prophecy now?? my god dude

I love your redesign, esp. the fancy girl-boss dress. Also love the backstory, it kind of makes me wish for her to just burn down the world with fire the burns cold for all the pain and anger she carries.... like in a moment where she, almost like Azula, just lets it all go. shes tired of the facade, tired of the pain and sadness and shes done, done with it all, to hell with it. hehe

You like Icy and Azula! That is what we call good taste! To me I've headcanoned Icy as bisexual/aromatic or aro/ace. I've always been a shipper of Icy/Bloom though xD I've weritten a lot of fics for that. I also ship her with Valtor and Darko though. I'm really into multishipping and messing with dynamics. I've paired her off with Mirta before and I think Lucy as well. She's just such a fun character and I love your interpretation of her!

Hello there! I just wanted to say thank you for this wonderful video. I really enjoyed your redesign of Icy, because of how fresh it felt. Especially when your design included a business/school attire , which does show off Icy's intelligence and her skills at planning. The lore for this video was incredibly well written and gave great details about Icy in a Frozen type way. I also like how you brought all three of the Trix together at the end of this re-telling and didn't include that they were sisters at all. In my own opinion I do believe that Icy just calls Stormy and Darcy her sisters, because of the bond that they share and the goal of being so powerful and your rewrite illustrates that nicely. Anyways thanks again for this wonderful video. Out of all the members of the Trix from Winx, Icy is my favorite one and this video did justice to the character. Honestly, I know you said she was going to die, but I kinda see this Icy with Daphne, for some reason. Like, Daphne is such a comforting and soft character and it contrasts really well with Icy's everything... I would love to see her thaw that icy heart. Anyways, really cool designs, as always! with icy as in respect to the original show icy would be shipped with tritanus Aisha's cousin like he wouldn't be evil yet but he would date icy for like a while and he would have a similar experience where nereids go's missing and they blame tritanus because he was the only one without a explanation where he was and like his punishment until proven innocent he would be forced out of the ocean and take a human or whatever the specialists are and live in magix or somewhere and he meets icy at a party stormy dragged her to somthing like that #tricy

Amazing once again! I think Icy should stay single, she's too emotionally closed off for any of that. I dont think she likes being vulnerable and sees it more like a useless distraction

Despite icy being the most evil of her sisters i still feel sorry for her her backstory is really sad losing a sibling is really terrifying, i am curious what happened to her sister though? , Also love your design for her she looks elegant.
