Emilia has had years to think about every little aspect of this case and the answers to give *now* to try to get herself out of this. I don’t believe for a second that she’s innocent.

She already had some legal savvy. She apparently threatened the eventual deceased, Heather Strong, with a knife to Strong's throat in order to get Strong to drop the charges against Joshua Fulgham. It clearly worked as Strong did drop the charges. Now she has a full murder trial's worth of experience on how to exploit the legal system's exploits. Someone like that knows waaay too much to return to society. She's already playing the camera. She wants out. There's a huge risk that she could kill more on a hit list only she knows of people she wants to retaliate against. Carr would now know to never talk to anyone since what did her in was talking to Josh's sister, who was working with police with a secret wire.

She is guilty everytime the police talked to her and the police mentioned something that was done or said oh I forget. She wanted to hire people to kill Heather. When the police asked her the question her words were oh yeah I heard that rumor to and she new who said it bc the police didn't mention anyone's name. Girl talk? Hung out? No way.

The people that have seen her being interviewed, primarily based on the fact that she was young when she was sentenced to death, and believe she didn't get a "fair shake" probably haven't seen these interrogations all put together in chronological order. They can't have, otherwise, they're just insane! *There is NO WAY she was **_coerced_** into a false confession!*

Seems like the people who are least equipped to be good parents are the ones having the most children, usually far too many. Money be damned; having six kids is selfish. There's no way to provide each kid the level of attention necessary for a happy, healthy childhood when there are five others who need the same.

Emilia and Heather were NOT friends, they didn’t keep in touch, or engage in girl talk. Heather was not only scared of Emilia but obviously didn’t care for her too much since Emilia kept sleeping with her husband. She is very calculating but I don’t think she’s quite as smart as she think she. She’s just an incredibly experienced liar, and a manipulator and a heartless killer.

Jack Brown Indeed. Listening to her, it's obvious that she believed she would be able to outsmart these seasoned detectives and talk her way out of murder, but clearly she was no match for them and these detectives took full advantage, because that's what they do. Every detective wants that promotion and adding a death penalty case to their resumé looks great. Shut up people, it's your right, just shut up.

Pay attention, this can happen to u if u don't know ur rights. She did not have to go with the police to answers questions. She could have just simple said no. Or when she was sitting in the interrogation room she could have just gotten up and left. She was never under arrest during that time. So people if ur not under arrest u owe the cops nothing. Get a lawyer, he will answer all the questions from then on.

I was held in Marion County Jail for few months at the start of the year. Couldn't bond out so did 2 yrs prison. Emelia came into my pod the night she was booked. I kept in touch so knew when she got DP. I was back in Lowell in Dec 2016. Emelia was moved to my compound about 2 yrs later. I got released last Dec, but stay in touch with some real friends I made in there. I will say there's a lot more to this case.

Be good and you'll never go there, most people in prison (men and women) are very immature people, although there are good people in prison that made mistakes in life most people there are self centered and the world revolves around them, thats why they fight all the time, they have no respect for each other and violence is the only way to get anything accomplished, of course a lot of that also has to do with the staff not giving a shit, being short handed, just a mess all around.

She did plan this & she is a stone cold manipulating habitual liar. Her life has been nothing but drama. She already had 3 kids by different dads & 1 on the way with Josh. She hated Heather & couldn't stand Josh going back and forth with them both. She needs to stop lying & show remorse for the 2 kids that she took away from their mom. Unfortunately, when just 1 person buys her story, it gives her hope that she can really manipulate & get out of this! Smh 🤦‍♀️ Texas doesn't play & the police did a good interrogation. This wasn't police trying to condemn an innocent woman. I know there are cases like that, but believe me, this is not one of them. She's exactly where she needs to be. Away from society & her kids.

Imagine being innocent and given a choice: admit it for life of deny in for death and you know you didn't do it. It has happened before (a lot) and it has to scare you enough to hold your hands up even if you're not guilty. What a dilemma to find yourself in?
