Now we need at least 6 years for steel ball run to be animated, i think it'll take a lot of time since that part is purely on a horse race and horses are hard to animate, they won't do CGI since they know itll make fans furious

So in theory, is everyone apart from Joylne and co who died during time acceleration still alive? So is Joseph, Josuke, Giorno also alive?. won't that be scary tho? Jotaro has alot of connection such as Josuke and all of the Morioh town if the current Jotaro is diffrent then how about the memories, history and experience? would the current Jotaro remember about what he has gone through with Josuke? Because Josuke and all of Morion Town MUST remember since they didn't die and they are still the same person just like how it happened with Emporio. If the memories and history are the same and the only diffrence is that Jotaro was replaced by a stranger So what if Josuke say : "yo Mr.Jotaro do you remember the time we killed a serial killer with your time stop " Then Jotaro just reply : "yeah, i remem- wait i do what now? I don't remember being able to do such a thing" That's so scary and unpleasant imagine your best friend is being replaced by a stranger who is exactly the same through and through from the face, build even memories but the soul is just completey diffrent.

The new universe was created without Pucci, he didn't affected all characters from part 6, it only changed the story for them, the previous Joestars stayed the same.
