i have a question if i learn A1 ,A2 excluding exam preparation series then can i directly learn b1 including exam preparation series for b1 exam . Actually i want to skip A1 and A2 exams

you can directly give B1 exam, but you should do the exam preparation videos for A1 and A2 as well. Doing all the A1, A2 and B1 Playlists will prepare you better for the B1 exam. All the best!
