For the first time in its history, Alpine took on the challenge of the world's most famous hill climb at Pikes Peak. FIA R-GT Cup title-winner with the A110 Rally, Raphaël Astier was tasked with driving the remarkably reliable and spectacularly designed Alpine A110 Pikes Peak.
Specially adapted for the event, the Alpine A110 Pikes Peak, which develops almost 500 hp for a weight of 950 kg, completed the legendary 19.93 km climb and 156 corners in 9:17.412s. The Alpine A110 Pikes Peak finished third overall behind two legends of the event, smashing the previous Pikes Peak Open category record by more than seven seconds.
As the best combustion-powered car in its class, the A-arrow brand achieved one of the greatest performances ever for a brand's first time in Colorado.

J’aime de plus en plus cette marque que beaucoup d’ancien on connu sous l’a110 première du nom Autant les premiers modèles de la nouvelle A110 je n’ai pas accroché directement mais les derniers modèles bien radicales je l’es trouvent extrêmement bien réussis, j’aime pas comparer alpine et Porsche qui sont très différents mais l’ADN sportif/classe est un point commun Bravo alpine le défi de faire renaître cette marque était de taille et je pense que vous êtes arrivé largement au dessus des objectifs qui vous étaient fixés

Congrats. Thank you for this great achievement, this makes me really proud to be an A110 owner :-) How can we give more media coverage to this result? Shouldn’t the 9min17sec be on Wikipedia instead of some other slower results (with way more HP😂)!!! The alpine is in the same category as the ford electro van with 2000hp, is that right?? But still finished just behind👍 Why doesn’t it run in the time attack category? (To show that the Alpine can actually beat the gt2 rs with 700ps 😂). What is the next race?

I am continued to be surprised by seeing Alpine in the US, when you don’t sell A110 here. Ik you’re coming soon but only with an electric line up. It’s the A110 that makes the brand, the halo car, and enthusiast here yearn it.

@@twxkn Saw one three times driving on the streets in Germany. Great and beautiful car. But Pikes Peak is the US and not Europe. And if u promote your coming heavyweight EVs with a lightweight ICE car, it's pretty dumb. Pretty sure Alpine (and Lotus) will not survive until 2040 without the ICE and lightweight cars. Too bad, it was a great chance...

Mostly I love cars from Japan especially Toyota and Nissan. So do I love cars from Europe mostly German made but I wasn't really interested in any French cars, untill I saw Renault RS5. But this time, this brand new Alpine kinda stole my heart 😂 and my eyes. Feels like I'm in love with it.
