Bro, it's a well known fact that Poco is an online focused sub brand of Xiaomi, hence the price is lower. Redmi sells phones through both online and offline channels which raises the cost of the product due to money spent on stores and middle men. Oppo is the parent company of Realme and OnePlus, similarly Vivo is the parent company of Iqoo. Their lineups have overlaps, same product with slightly minor changes like color or more RAM. For example, Vivo T3 and Iqoo Z9. Samsung does this between their M and F series, F15 and M15 are rebadged A15 with a lower price for online market. And Redmi 12 (4/128) is 12k in Amazon, Poco M6 Pro (6/128) is 12k in Flipkart. Usually the difference is just 1000-2000 between these devices.

I had planned to purchase a Sony TV online. To make an informed decision, I compared the same TV model on both an online platform (Amazon) and at an offline store (Chroma). Surprisingly, the price at the offline store was higher. When I inquired with the store representative about the price difference, they explained that even though the specifications of the TVs were identical, the serial numbers differed. According to them, manufacturers produce distinct sets of TVs for the online and offline markets, with the offline versions typically being more expensive. When I questioned the rationale behind buying from an offline store, they asserted that these TVs offer better quality and superior service compared to their online counterparts. I found this claim hard to believe, but it remains an interesting perspective

Yes Some Brands like LG, Samsung making products for Corporate store sellers and Online sellers doing that legally only for so many years. But Quality they wont compromise, if they do that their reputation will lose and only store keepers misleading that information about quality differs. In my experience i bought both same models of sony x series in offline and online for my relative and one for me, but i didn't see any difference in picture and audio quality also in build quality.

The ad in lock screen can be permanently disabled by uninstalling wallpaper carousel it will be in applications menu and you might need to enable show all apps and uninstall the wallpaper carousel. And ads in Redmi or Poco phones can be disabled permanently by disabling personalized ads while starting up your new phone.
