Been there twice in 2019. Price is 600 baht for 90 minutes, usually tip 200 baht ~ less than $30. When busy you may wait a half hour before being served. Easy to miss the simple store front; recessed on left side of street. To my knowledge this is the less expensive of the two "Korean: style barber shops in Bangkok.
