Very interesting. Not been 100% happy with the auto white balance on my a7siii in different lighting situations so I'm going to try this out. Thanks for the info 🤜🏻🤛🏻

It seems to work for me! Happy with these settings! it takes a little while to adjust correctly, but definitely does a good job! thank you

Nice simple video but master piece. Straight to the point. I kinda sick of most other KZfaqr trying to make some simple task complicate to show off skill and make a long video..

Great vid, love the beginning story haha! Would be nice if u showed some examples of how m1 b1 changes from the normal settings, but at the same this is just a really short and helpfull video!

I've found about the same, but B1.5 and M1.5, after using my A7SIII as a webcam on my TV for the first time. Searched KZfaq for "Best Sony A7SIII White Balance" just now and it's cool to hear that you've found settings so similar.

Great video. I recently bought the Sony a 7 s iii and it’s incredible!! I had a question, so I have the Final Cut Pro but somehow I can’t find the best export settings... my videos are looking ok at 4K, but horrible at 1080p.! Can you recommend the best render settings from Final Cut Pro. Thank you!!!!

I unfortunately don't use final cut pro. I use Davinci Resolve to edit all my videos. Sorry man.

Yes. I always shoot in Slog3! 😊 So that's what I matched it with.

Oh and please let me know what you think? How accurate is it to your eye? And if you do have any other tweaks that you think might work.

@@thestevewood I shall. The other things I have gathered from YT and everywhere for PP8 SLOG3: COLOR PHASE +2 DETAIL -3 DYNAMIC RANGE OPTIMIZER - OFF ZEBRAS C2 at +94 Overexpose at +1.7 to +2 SAFE ISO LEVELS Up to 2500 is safe Skip others 12,500 often safe From 16,000 to 32,000 is safe

I can't seem to find the Color Phase that you mentioned. Where in the menu's is it? And also it doesn't allow me to set my Detail setting when SLog3 is active.

Having to manual input white balance settings on a camera is not Auto White Balance, shame on Sony for not having this basic feature made easy. On Lumix Cameras, it is 1 button, click shutter, then you have white balance and it is perfect. Done.
