Naina meets her end when she comes across a group of horrific looking ghosts, while she is approaching her car at the parking area. However, Naina had not died completely as her eyes had been transplanted to another patient named, Alia. Alia and her family could not help but rejoice at the fact that Alia has got back her sight. The family remained completely unaware of what lay ahead for Alia, who had received Naina's sight. While, Alia was once again enjoying the beauty of the world, she started to face the horrors of life when she started to see the dead. She later, learns that Arjun, was responsible for getting her eye transplant done and thanks him for his constant support.
