Joseph Shine Judgment k bad bhi Adultery Divorce ka ground bana hua hai.. it's not criminal offence anymore but can be sought for divorce on that ground.

It seems the husband who remarried within 6 months was already having extra marital affair with his second wife! The first wife sensed that and decided to withdraw her consent. Edit: Curative petition is an anti-dote to abbetment of suicide commited by the Supreme Court while making a decision.
