Being Middle Eastern myself I was so impressed by Timbaland who sampled the music in this track from Warda - Batwanes Beek. He turned every track into 🔥 this is one of my favorite tracks and I can only IMAGINE what dope choreography Fatima Robinson would have created for this song if this came out as a music video. When I think about all this it makes me so frustrated and sad, she was way too young to leave us this soon. I’ve missed her for 20 years and I miss her as much till’ this day. As an Egyptian man who grew up listening to 90s artists with their smooth beats and tones, Listening to Timbaland's beats. I was amazed by this beat in particular knowing it was definitely inspired by Warda's Batwaness beek composed by an Alexandrian man just like me, Salah El Sharnoby. Now more than 20 years later, me watching Moon knight, listening to the same beat slowly raised from the ashes of time and reminds me of Warda & Aaliyah... I felt so emotional and tears of joy and good memories came rushing into my mind and body. I gotta thank Mohamed Diab for this. He united artistic legends, old and new, east to west, living and remembered. I'm deeply grateful...

That would‘ve been sick! There was a posthumous music video I guess for the European market, but your idea would‘ve been even greater. Unfortunately by the time it was released, she already passed, so she couldn’t work on a music video on her own :(

When the opening music "Enta" was played on Moon Knight's episode 3, I immediately thought of this slick track. I later found out that the original song that this track was sampled from was "Batwannis Beek" sung by artist Warda. I'm glad for the sampling since it made the song exotic, smart, and memorable. It's interesting because the first time I heard this song 20 years ago, I thought of her character "Zee" in the Matrix 2 and 3.
