​@@yusufwazirzada7462 Saheb, the 2 chains around our neck, one is Jabr (what man can do himself, free will), Qadr (destiny, what man is forced to do, because it is written by (you know who?), it is our fate and we cannot escape it. This was, and it is an old philosophical debate among the philosophers and mystics. Are we responsible for our acts? Or we are helpless, our actions are already decided, that means we cannot be held responsible for our acts, because all we are doing is the will of god. That is why Molvi Saheb said, Majboor bhi nain, Mukhtar bhi nain. Ki dassan inna lokan nun (that means how can I explain my love to these people). This love which keep us chained and let us act at the same time. You see when you Love then it is your wish, your will, but then you become a helpless slave, then it is not your wish, it is not your will, someone else commands you. Then Molvi Saheb says I have been killed by someone who does not carry a sword, yet that killer(???) is always successful in killing-----Dear it is all about the love with the one whom we all belong, THAT ONE is us, and we are THAT ONE. Once a Sufi understands this then life and death become meaningless because death is just a merger into an eternal life. I have been listening to Molvi Haider Hassan Saheb when he was very young, and now He has become ONE with his LOVE (He is gone away from us). You must listen to their Qawwali, "Tha bhi mein, ub hoon bhi mein", in that the duet between Molvi Akhtar Saheb and Molvi Zahid Hassan Saheb is a classic, even Nusrat, Ghulam Fareed, and Aziz Mian could not do anything like that rendition. These are real Sufi/Mystics/Poets Qawwals they did not worship dollars. They are in the league of Reshman and Pathaney Khan, rest are just good singers. Q.

I agree, moulvi sb...may Allah bless him....was outstanding, and especially when it comes to punjabi kalam. I also listen to Munshi Riazuddin, and now his sons Fareed Ayaz and Abu Muhammad. fyi I do understand farsi and so like the farsi kalam a lot.

Dear Sialvi, thank you for posting the Farsi version. Anyone who knows Urdu can understand Farsi (old timers like me_ I would rather not say a word about today's children). Now I will enjoy my most favorite qawwals even more (poor recording distorts the words). This is fantastic seeing Urdu, Farsi, and Punjabi (in the order of appearance in this recitation).
