Would've preferred a machine that did the mixing of ingredients and adding oil on Dosa too. If I have to stand there brushing the oil, I might as well use tawa na. Would be easier to clean too. Maybe this roller is a portable option 😋

I’ve realised the same, using technology is double the work 😹 for eg I use a pestle to crush ginger garlic instead of using a blender, cos pestle is easier to wash

Finally one smart comment i see ... Ofc that's exactly what I wanted to say, they basically applied innovation to a task that is easier made by hand... If they had batter maker from raw materials cum dosa maker that would be something ! There are actually dosa makers that spread batter in a circular way ... So basically this invention just sounds dumbed down... And there are dumber people wanting to have this machine ... Really funny and surprising how much more dumb people there are in universe 😂

No amount of automation can give the aroma , taste and health benefits of frying any dosa on Cast Iron Tawa, Cast Iron pan of food grade quality. Slow and natural process of cooking makes any dish all the more appetizing. 😎

Problem is that enough number of labour not available to make dosa.due to that cost of dosa is very high.this machine will solve the problem.

@@nix4860 if it is used for commercial purpose no one will eat dosa in hotel.. Ppl stopped making their own dosa batter at home due to which the buy outside.. The texture of that batter is not matching to the expectation of outcome ... So this kind of innovations are coming... 😂😂

It takes more time than the traditional way. Also there are higher machine and maintenance costs compared to tawa.

I Appreciate the way you conceived this idea.. The claim that the "FIRST PRINTER" also may be correct. But there are many Dosa making machines in the market. Many hotels make use of it. In Coimbatore there industries to make such machines.. just google to get more info.

A Dosa making machine like was already introduced in Chennai Central Rly.Station about 17 years back. It was not so popular then, it was removed. It was very thin and small, course little costly too.
