No matter what team is your #1, we all have to admit the DIVAS (especially in the last 3 years) are quickly becoming one of the top teams. And Maddie has set this bar so high!!!!!!! She is legendary status for the Divas.

Maddy is definitely my CAPTAIN OF THE YEAR. She sold the Divas and the dance style to the public. She was unfazed by the opponents; she was calm, confident, precise with the details and methodical with every performance. Furthermore, her body as well as the term's was in excellent condition. She did a fantastic job at the front of the Macy's Parade. Give this young lady her flowers!

Maddy & La’Neia were my favorite captains all season long. They gave quality & entertainment value from 🔝 to bottom. Loved the Divas professionalism & growth this year.

Apart from the quality of their dancing, one of the main reasons why I follow the Davis is to see the growth of the dancers. For example, LaShea and Maddy have been groomed into two sensual, confident young ladies, and I remembered when they were innocent looking crabs sitting on the back row. The same outcome occured last year with the 2018 girls. I want to extend congrats to the coach for doing a marvelous job in grooming these girl.

OMG Maddy with her natural hair (the last 2 videos) WOW what an amazing sight too see, imo since 2020 Divas captains (Laneicia, Kendell and now Maddy) had and gave the whole package, and that's saying a lot because all the HBCU teams (Captains & squads) are phenomenal talents, (again let me stress it's imo).

Covid was a rebirth for a lot of teams. I’ve been watching the Divas saying “were they always this good?” I thought they were multitalented but some about the pandemic that gave them a makeover. I feel like their style is more defined and stands out even more.

Maddy really took all the material the divas had and really cleaned it up and put power and execution behind it.🙌🏽💃🏽🔥 Like the girls we’re practicing down this season in that band room you can just tell. From them preforming from fan day all the way to the HBCU Culture battle you just see growth! The Dancing Divas has reached the point to where you’re watching them and make you just wanna throw your phone cause they’re just gagging you back to back to back. 🫨 This season really made you just watch them fully through like omg! Did you see that?! Everything about it was so natural too which really sets a team apart. When a team can just dance… no games, no gimmicks, but just dancing using their material… and still blow you away with their presence THATS A TEAM! & that was the Dancing Divas this season!😍👏🏽

Two things: 1. Maddie and the Divas were turnt this season. Cleanliness, Form, Energy, Fields, Sit Downs etc etc etc….this was their year for sure. 2. I don’t know why ( and hear me out ), but I think what would also turn the Divas up a tad would be if more Louisiana girls tried out for them. To me in my opinion the girls out there have a style that’s a mix of Dancing Doll and Dancin’ Diva. I love rooting for an underdog fasho💯

Exactly what I said at 18:40 Morg!!! Shae should have really been captain!!! I think the favoritism ish kicked in again just like how they did Kyndall! 🤦🏾‍♂️ I like Madi but she gave me another Niecy era. Hopefully shae will come back for a 5th rip and as Captain!

Maybe LaShae could not keep up with the academic side while being captain. In on of her interviews, she said her school work fell behind because of the commitments to the dance team and she had to rethink her trajectory. Therefore it's best not to be given that task of captain so that you can achieve what you came to the school for. This year, Lashae look very good dancing and gained her accolades without being in the top spot.
