If Muslim countries do not take pride of being Muslims and do not provide safety and countries to their other Muslim brother then this is their wrong deeds and they will surely accountable to Allah at the day of judgement... Secondly, you said ancestors of majority were Hindus or non Muslim so we should respect departed soul of ancestors so my answer is we have firm faith in resistance of Allah and if our were Hindus it doesn't mean they were following rigtious path we definitely Respect them but we at the same time pray to God may Allah forgive them
