Meenakshi is a classical dancer where as Chiranjeevi is not. Such a hardworker and a graceful dancer he is.

Backstory: Demons perform in front of Lord Siva and win his heart and in return they ask for a boon of being the strongest so no one can defeat them in war. Later with boon they try to attack Lord Siva himself, however as good always wins over evil, Lord Siva emerges successful winning the battle over them and as you guessed right, both of them dance out of joy. However in the movie, this popular legend is used by the miscreants in planting a plot against Chiranjeevi to assault him in the guise of the play. Meenakshi Seshadri, sitting among the audience soon realizes something fishy and enters into the Scene as Goddess Parvathi replacing the lady who originally played that role and saves Chiranjeevi. That's it ! And you nailed the name of the movie perfectly Rick ! Well done !

You could watch this movie for the fantastic screenplay, acting of three leads Chiranjeevi, Meenakshi, Jandhyala (story writer for most of K Viswanadh movies has acted in this one) and as always social issues that all Viswanadhs movies always touch upon briefly ahead of their times. Also Meenakshi s performance in this and Hindi Daamini are definitely a great treat to watch

it is so ironic that u called him a lil allu arjun cus... allu arjun is actually chiranjeevi's nephew and chiranjeevi was extremely (to another level) renowned for his dancing and all the kids in his house including allu arjun, ram charan etc grew up dancing to his songs and inculcated that habit. so chiranjeevi is the one who started the dancing legacy (alongside acting)
