New Year 2024 is just around the corner & it's high time to start studying for upsc prelims 2024 .
The aim of the video is to motivate students/aspirants studying for competitive exams especially the Upsc civil service examination.
This video would be really helpful for IAS/IPS aspirants preparing for Upsc prelims 2024 and Upsc 2025.
I Know ,It's difficult & tough to start preparing for upsc because of the fear of failure .

Try including 10 mins of shadow boxing,10 minutes of grappling workout,10 mins of wrestling workout on alternate days of ur walks.......ending with 50 squats.......the workout secretes certain hormones good for the mind and body.......basically u would feel flexible and ur mind shall feel free and improve ur decision making capacity and reduce fear.....plus it will help u when u undergo ur IPS Training......

hi di ...i was preparing for AFCAT nd polic exams ...after preparing 1year i clear both exams bt in end unfortunately fracture my leg now m not capble toh give their physical ...so m very demotivated for all these .... bt your video gives me a kick to start again .....❤❤❤❤ Thanks
