Idk who that is. But when I first saw her, I thought it was a 40 year old woman who did lot of surgery to try to look young. That is not how a 12 year old looks naturally. She even looks older then Kylie Jenner. The new lips and nose is obvious. Underages can get surgery with consent of parents, so her parents probably let her have surgery. Her parents should honestly be ashamed to let someone that young destroy their looks and look like a 40 year old.

She’s growing , hitting puberty and there will be a lot of change in her body. Change in hairstyle and make up can make a huge difference - I don’t think she has done any surgery - be kind !!! She’s a young girl, who just discovering herself ! And anyway she’s the daughter of one of the most beautiful woman in the world , she’s got it in her genes

Eso es bastante cierto, cada vez hay más niñas que empiezan la pubertad con 6 o 7 años y comienzan a menstruar con 8 o 9 años. A los 11 o 12 años ya estan completamente desarrolladas. Eso es un gran problema porque la madurez física no se corresponde con la madurez mental y puede conllevar trastornos psicológicos como ansiedad, depresión, trastornos alimenticios e incluso disforia de género.

It's clear at this point that they change stuff to their faces and bodies in early teens, all have done that. From the kapoor sisters/cousins to the khan siblings. And now aaradhya. And to all those who say she is still the same, she is clearly not. Her lower lip is not big anymore and her skin is much lighter.
