Again, he doesn't said not to sleep at all or not to eat at all. His prime focus is on not to sleep or eat excessively. Don't play much with your body, 6-7hrs is average sleep time required, if you can survive in less its good if not do not go for it. Sleep 6 or 7 hrs and wake up to grind again. There are people who sleep enough and become successful too. Eat healthy and on timely manner to keep your body fit. Yes that's what sensibily he was referring.

It's all perception u dont agree with him, in life we serve a greater purpose... Whats success for him to hustle, game money lavish life.... So he is ready to leave his food sleep health aside... Now what's success for me.. I always wanted a peaceful life free from pollution, clean air, no stress, less money vibrant, dedicated to a supreme being.... Not chasing like others so i left my high paying job and now I live in village neatlr mountains do my business of apples export and am very happy I don't want enteurpenur life that's hectic I don't want to see my soul to the list sex slavery in Bollywood for money fame and luxuriois life where people are chasing me.. I don't want corporate stressful life no time for oneself I don't want political life every time you are corrupt want security... So success for me is different for you might be different and true success is when you don't require people validation for whatever you achieve
