Imagine, after a whole lecture, a question comes such as " do you identify as a Muslim", lol...

The preassumptions taken here are. 1. Everything in the natural world is natural. 2. Occam's razor (the explanation with the least assumtions has preference, as is it easiest to falsify). The first one separates the physical from the metaphysical. Although he gives a vague explanation about why our souls are not metaphysical. However, this preassumption denies the existance of angles executing Allah's command on earth (such as the battles fought by the prophet and Laylatu al Qadr). Moreover, the existence of jinn, possession by jinns and black magic is denied. So the first preassumtion is neither empirical (because of his point about our souls) nor in line with the Qur'an. The second one is not an irrefutable principle, rather a stance philosophers and researchers take to simplify our (thought)experiments. Occam's rasor is principle that prefers explanations with the least number of assumptions (usually the simplest explanation), in order to be able to falsify an explanation or theory. This principle doesn't provide the truth, but working models of reality which we can understand. In order for this proposition to provide truths, we must assume that reality cannot be more complex that our minds can understand. As a believer in God, you cannot take these preassumptions.

There is confusion about being religious and being spiritual. Religion is based on assumption, concepts, mind, while spirituality is based on experiences beyond ‘mind’, call it consciousness, God, Allah, divine Love. A spiritual person is not necessarily religious. In investigating revelation, reform and secularism is having (religious) assumptions more of an obstacle than a blessing.

as i understanded from your explanation, it made me to have some comend. 1. you known that we believe that the quran was available bofor its reveleation. 2. the reveleation did not make any change from the heavens copy. (لوح المحفوظ) 3. the quran word is not limitted by time as our matrial body. you known better that quran not as human been to have matrial body and immatrial soul, becouse in addition to those to part of human been we have another things , which is more important one (free in doing action or not) this part of our body is included by your thieory not our soul. 4. for me the quran is completed difer becouse no one can make a change and or made any simple change even from its one letter or one word. so if this thiory is true is not for quran. is for our humanbeen property or our free action. 5. even if the language is difer the princple is some. 6. historicity for outcome is ok. 7. your thiory littile bid compatible with sunah not quran. specificly (احاديث قدسي). you known that quran is much much difer from sunah even with the style of word (بلاغة) and more poitry and more . you know the time of prophet is the time of بلاغة but even with quran made achaleng for prophet time poitry pbh to made if they can only one surah or vers if they can. until today you did not see only one versus to be made by all his enemy not just that. so we couldnot say that the word of quran is the word of muhamad pbh.
