David, these sessions are incredible. After watching a few, I realized just how wrapped up I’ve been in rationalization and intellectualism in pursuit of success, assuming this is what I needed to do. I now realize the importance of stripping away the layers of rationale, defense mechanisms and expectations and truly seeing myself in the core. Difficult to do and it’ll take a while but I get that this is the first step to self acceptance and in connecting to loved ones in meaningful ways. Thanks

The level of honesty made this interview one of the most compelling ones out there from start to finish. Watching the dynamic of needing to bring value play out was very interesting. Good job to both of you. When I started my tobacco dietas, I use to bring so many things with me as well in order to not be with myself.

Really enjoyed this and could relate to a lot of the conversation. I always feel in a hurry and that inner call to provide more and more.
