Agreed, it's been very frustrating as a Packer fan seeing the questionable decisions made by the organization over the years. Even though it's much less then it once was, there are still plenty of front offices that believe the players should stay in there own lane and not be involved in any front office decisions at all. Those days should be long gone and it's honestly just bad business when you have an all time great player who is an elite leader not be involved more often in at least some of the bigger offensive decisions.

The offense has always been fine but what about the defense? Ten years of first round draft capital spent on one side of the ball. The defense finally cracked top 10 in scoring last season coming in at #10 (because the offense led the league in time of possession)
