These definitely fall into the "I want one category". Thanks Andy for depleting my bank account just a bit more. Cheers from Texas.

Lots of people use 'speed loaders' incorrectly. They assume that because they are called speed loaders people just hammer away on the plunger as fast as they can only to see BBs going everywhere hut into the magazine. If you are gentle and take your time you will get all of the BBs in the right places and will take less time to fill than if you try to fire them in your mag as fast as possible. It's one of those strange things where slow and steady wins the race.

As a very young teen in the 1980s, I had a power line 880 multi-pump. I set up a Target on a pine tree about 50 ft away, pulled the trigger, and caught a BB in the forehead about a half inch above my eye..... Frangibles are great.
@davepearson27366 ай бұрын
We're you holding it backwards?
@lordgarion5146 ай бұрын
@@davepearson2736 No, apparently I had a dead straight line of sight at the target, bounced back and caught me. It left a welt almost as wide as a nickel.

I own the Taran Tactical version and it's a decent bit of kit, it has a nice weight to it and is very accurate too.

I don't normally like "bling" guns but that EXG does look nice... A bit of advice though: assuming these are of KWC origin and you want to -spoil- shoot them I'd suggest applying a *very thin* layer of dry Moly' lube to the hammer face (use a cotton wool bud / 'Q-tip') and a *very* small amount of wet Moly' to the slide rails on the receiver, assuming of course that the slide is removable. I've got some secondhand KWC guns which didn't have this done and those two locations appear to be particularly prone to wear and applying Moly' seems to help greatly as a protective measure.

Beretta PX4 has 495 fps... Canada's legal cut off for air guns. (499)
@lordgarion5146 ай бұрын
@@RandysRides Not going to lie, that's a weird way to do it. A quarter ounce bullet traveling 499 FPS has the same energy as a .25 ACP. It would suck for any distant shooting because of the heavyweight, but up close in a pistol it is absolutely lethal, and I assume that they made that to keep air guns from being very lethal. Is that speed limit for both pistol and rifle?

I got the Limited Edition 2011JW3 Combat Master (PTP airsoft version) from Taran-Tactical. It is advertised at 370 fps., and is a masterpiece. It sits well with my two other PTP airsoft pistols. ( KWA M1911 Mark 2 PTP and the Taurus Intl. M92 Barreta PTP.) - PTP: Professional Training Pistol , because nothing beats a PTP version.

Try a PX4 Beretta. 495 fps, blowback, reversible clip, all metal at 1.6 pounds. Totally fun for dueling trees.
@RandysRides6 ай бұрын
I have the Beretta PX4. It has the same features minus the extended clip. The Beretta clip is reversible with 8 pellets (or bb's) per side. I also have the Crosman Vigilante revolver, Daisy powerline (bb), and the Crosman american classic. For a rifle, I have the crosman fire...which is insanely accurate.

You can get 3d printed loading aids that slip over the magazine and aid in pulling the follower down to load. For those buying them as movie replicas you may want to consider the airsoft version by EMG as they come with Taran Tactical Trademarks, or the Action Army ones the have both Taran Tactical and STI Trademarks.

I own a Baba Yaga (which is a STI gun). But, my specimen has no signs, but the caliper and the F sign wich is by law in Germany. BTW, as time wents by the color of the barrel changed. It got a more shiny surface. And the color changed, as if there are inlays of blueish and greenish. Don't know how to describe it. It look beautiful.

These look awesome for sure! But somehow I never really got myself into these. After owning a WE Hi-Capa 7.0 Black Dragon, with split slide, these quite regular 2011 style pistols do not seem to bring much new for me. I love John Wick movies for sure - but that alone has not made me drooling after these pistol models of his.. Not saying these wouldn't be any good though. Seems nicely made, and surely any (or all) of these might be a fine display item on the movie shelf top..

Hi Andy. Another great review and footage. They definitely look and no doubt feel like a centre fire 2011. Forget about the nonsense laser being fitted to the under rail, surely that rail is meant for a grenade launcher to be fitted lol. Looking forward to seeing what you’ll be reviewing next.
