nonononono. this is not parkour. (I know there are some parkour moves) but it is freerunning. people need to understand. Parkour is moving from a to be in an elegant and efficient way. freerunning is all the flips. freerunning is also often combined with tricking which brings those floor based spins, kicks and twists. The only pure parkour part i remember right now is from 0:38 to 0:42 I still am amazed by this video, dont get me wrong. i just want people to distinuish between the disciplines. Its like saying that slopestyle and free style skiing is the same.
