for those who might not get 9:38 if you right click on ivern Q it brings you close to the target but recasting it with Q puts you at E shield damage range so I guess it bumped him out

The right click brings you to your maximum attack range. Melees are brought to melee distance and ranged characters might dash away if they're close enough

exitlag has to be a scam right? how would running a third party program in the background of gaming increase fps? also lowering your ping again how would routing your connection from the game to a third party make your ping lower?

It can work in certain scenarios, if i use it to play NA servers from EU, it is possible that it will find shorter path somehow to lower ping from 130 to 100. Will you feel it? Not sure.
