DESCRIPTION
CM.045A is a replica of the AKS74U Russian carbine. The new series of replicas from the series 040, 045, 048 which shows the next quality level among Chinese manufacturers.
Body, flash hider, top cover, and the folded stock has been made of steel (bent sheet). The remaining elements such as the outer barrel, gas block, the base rear sight, and side rail were also made of metal ( ZnAl).
- The hand guard is made of wood,
- The pistol grip and magazine is made in nylon.
- The latch of the stock, which is the part exposed to easy breaking, has been made of steel, thanks to which the fault known from DBKi's RK models has been eliminated.
All parts are mounted on pins like in a real AK.
Inside there is a reinforced ver.3 gearbox, steel gears are mounted on reinforced 7mm bearings.
The spring guide is reinforced (metal) together with the bearing, which makes the spring work easier - 120m / s spring, giving a shot force of about 410 FPS.
Polymer piston has metal teeth and the cylinder - type "1" - was covered with black nickel "SMOKED" on the copper substrate providing perfect smoothness of the surface.
A huge advantage is the silent piston and cylinder head set, made of aluminum and covered with a blue anode,the piston head has bearing.
The replica has a powerful engine with increased torque equipped with neodymium magnets.
The way how gearbox is functioning will surprise a user.
The most important think, is that all accessories from other brand are compatible with this model, this influence on the longevity of your replica and on upgrade part and performance.

The recommended battery with the highest safe voltage for this replica is -11.1V.

Otherwise, the replica may be damaged, which will not be covered by warranty repair!
Remember that the warranty covers only replicas in which the spring was not replaced with a stronger one, and no batteries with a higher voltage than recommended were used.

I have one. It's a beast. Did some re-shimming, re-grease, new barrel (though it didn't need it), new hop up rubber (probably didn't need it), new piston. I've stood next to guys with €700+ krytacs and LCTs and have literally out shot them for distance and accuracy. No kidding. I hit a single guy, partially hidden, 50+mtrs away on the 3rd shot - these other guys were stunned. All wanted to know what I was using. Couldn't believe it was a cyma. I love my gun!

Hi I have the CM.045 [CYMA] is ter eny intarnal different? Ore is it just the wood grip and orange mag from watching u take it apart it loks the same like the one I have 🙂

I have one myself, and I can say that Cyma is reliable AF. The bodies may not be the best, but if you want a very reliable Airsoft but don't want to spend too much money, you should always take Cyma. I once had a Cyma M4A1 carbine, without mosfet or efcs, and always used it with 11.1 lipos, it never let me down. I currently still have my Cyma AK74u (but will be sold soon because I want one with a better body from E&L), and it also runs without problems with 11.1 Lipo.

I don't know about the bodies not being the best. I'm currently running a CM040C from cyma, it's an ak74m replica. This winter I had an unfortunate event where I slipped with it, fell on ice and slammed the barrel of the gun on a rock. The barrel seemed to be slightly bent but after a little "mechanical force" applied to it to bend it back, it still fired bb's straight, no problem. The inner barrel and the other internals seem to be fine. They may be 'budget' AK's, but they're durable enough for their price tag.

@@vlads.5019 They are mostly made of aluminium, so it doesn't surprise me. But it's still a damn reliable brand. If you want a more stable body you have to get Arkturus, LCT or E&L, they are almost entirely made of steel.

Hi, I have had this replica for about a year now and it is serving me great, but I wanted to go a little bit further and maybe do some upgrades with barrel, hop up, etc. I want to focus on upgrades that are available on Taiwangun... Which products to buy to do a R-hop? I ordered a 340 fps version should I switch it to little bit higher like 400 fps maybe? Which barrel to buy? And which bbs to use on fps that you reccomend? I would be happy if someone answered!!! Thanks!

So I’m guessing you have to get .32g BB’s. Will it have better grouping for every single airsoft gun or does it depend on the gun? Because I really want to get all CYMA AKs especially the AMD-65

I had one...bare bone stock...close to 400 fps..I could literally snipe people with it no joke.Out of the box it out ranged most players.Made the mistake of upgrading it.

I had to trouble taking off the muzzle brake because it had lots of glue and there was a grub screw inside the muzzle brake that was ripping some of the threading on the actual gun. I was wondering how were you able to take off the muzzle brake so easily and able to put the muzzle brake back on with no trouble.

I chose 400 fps on taiwangun and I got another spring with a replica is it a weaker spring or should it be installed to be 400 fps

The attached spring has a lowered value, its installation in the replica will reduce the number of fps.

Those new Cyma's are really good taken straight out of the box, but it's always better to put the replica in hands of our servicemen :)

Most of the time, yes but rarely it happens that the stock spring is not included in the package. If you are wondering if we are downgrading the replicas cutting the spring then I want to assure you, that it never happens :)

If you bought the 340 fps version, you got the 340fps version, the extra 300fps spring is sometimes attached by the manufacturer

Ordering to the UK you have to be prepared to paid custom fees - around 30% of the order value. But for now, we have temporarily suspend delivery to the UK.

You can but there is no plug to cover the hole in the set. So you will have the hole directly over the motor, and that's not good at all. You can still fold the stock and that's the safest solution.
