I'll admit, I was a bit hesitant when I first started listening to this cover. I'd found a cover I loved years ago that made me cry every time I heard it at first and I was used to those lyrics. But, when I started listening to yours, I found myself just absolutely bawling once more. Things have really changed since I first listened to this song. I know you probably don't really care, but the thing is: I have three younger siblings that I love to death. I used to play with them all the time and try to be the best big sister I could. I even used this song as inspiration to be good to them. Then, we kind of grew apart as we got older. Then, our father passed away. We were all so torn apart by his death, and I remember feeling especially heartbroken when I saw my sibling's pain on their faces. I felt like screaming "Don't you destroy their futures! Don't dye them in red too!" I wanted to do something to take that pain away but "I'm clumsy, helpless, a mess of a girl." I just keep smiling and trying to be there for them. I hope I can get to the point where I can sing the words at the end. I just want them to be happy.

All i will say is thank you. I love this song because it always reminds me of my big sister who died four years ago. This is like she telling me her story. She was always happy and make me laugh despite the bad things around us. But bad people took her away from me. The least thing she would wants is me to be angry or sad, so i try to be happy for her.
