Hello everyone..I ve been reading all ur comments and just wanted to share the exact thing..Due to arthritis i ve got nerve pain and its not just a pain..Nerve is either compressed or inflamed which even doctors cant make out so with each step a get a sharp shooting pain in my nerve.If i wear shoes with Dr insole till that time im fine..As soon as i remove my shoe i just cant bear that pain..So this is what is happening with me..I ve been to almost 20 Doctors but cant find any solution..If any of you know abt this plz let me know..I really need Help❤

Sam im a doctor and big fan of your vlogs❤my day is incomplete wothout your vlogs❤ If u ask me as a doctor i dont think surgery would help that much coz it can reccur if your problem is Arthritis....i think the best solution would be oral treatment and Physiotherapy...also i want to stress on Yoga/ power Yoga/Pilates Pl avoid exercises which cause more wear and tear of your foot muscles Lastly i would like to say that u are a very strong lady and we r there for u always And I would request Avinash ji to give to some quality time and should accompany you whenever u go to visit the doctor Kaam toh hota rahega But Sam needs Avinash ji the most at this tough time of her life Stay blessed ❤

I was practicing allopath but I left practice in 2020. I totally believe in naturopathy n ayurved. Go panchkarma center there are many all over India. I went to yogvidya gurukul,nashik and Kaivalyadham in lonawala. Take 7 days of panchakarma package. Follow the diet. I left tea and coffee for two months this year. Now I started again and my inflammation is back. So I am planning to do panchkarma again. If u have tried all try Panchkarma. Looking at your vlogs I see diet is not according to your body type. I feel you are vatt/pitt,I may be wrong. But white bread,white rice and coffee definitely increases inflammation in body.

Sambhavna, i know this sounds stupid for some but felt like suggesting this powerful remedy along with your medical treatment which is reciting Hanuman Chalisa everyday, keeping a glass of water in front of you . After reciting you drink this water. Do this with full faith praying to Lord Hanuman🙏 start this on tuesday . Hope this helps ❤

My mother had a same problem....off foot She is fine now touch wood. It will be very helpful for you if you consult RAMDEV or their Ashram , they will keep you for some 1 week ... Please consult to him Doctors has suggested surgery for my mother, but she denied because surgery has consequences, otherwise it's totally up to you 😊😊 I hope your feet get well soon.

ACTUALLY there is one ayurvedic Medicine for arthritis, all you have to do take some leaves of har shringar(also known as raat rani with white blooming flowers) just pick some leaves (crushed or cutted) and boil them along with water till the color of water changes to light green. And then relish it with slurping like tea.

Hii sambhavana ... i also had severe pain in my feet since a week bcoz even i have arthritis ... so my gym trainer give me few stretch... ankle n calf press with towel below and hip press while lying down on floor and seriously I tell you the problem which didn't getting sort even with painkillers stretch did the work for me ... please try see if it helps

Hello. Hope you will feel better soon. I have noticed your palms looks pale instead of pink. Please check your haemoglobin level, if it’s lower than 12 you will get all these symptoms. Swelling & pain are the common ones.

Hi sambavana this will be because of chikunguniya fever .....post fever yhis problem occurs try ayurvedic medicine treatment wven i am facing same problem
