I don't think there's ever a chance for Drake to win versus Kendrick when it comes to bars. It's not just the pen, but his cultural knowledge and artistry is not even comparable to Kendrick's. How can you hope to win a battle for a culture while spitting tone deaf and insensitive lyrics about that culture? I do think there's a chance for Drake to salvage his image. For me personally, I need him to seriously and directly address the heavier allegations sooner than later as a start. He has explaining to do that will take more than jokes and memes to address.
