Ingredients:
For sev -
Besan - 1 cup
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Aamchur powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil fro frying
For mixing:
Raw peanuts -1 cup
Chana dal -1/2 cup (soaked)
Moong dal -1/2 cup (soaked)
Curry leaves
Chaat masala
Red chilli powder
Aamchur powder
Black salt
Plain salt
