Sir what actually thief does .. 1.Get into your car through side windows.(as they made up of plastic so they can easily cut off through special cutter without any noise) 2. Then he search for ODP2 port of your car. Find it and then connect this ODP port to his tablet (a special device which is actually imported) 3. Then through programming he can disable engine immobilizer, central locking system and even GPS. 4. ONCE he access the ODP port he can easily change the original key codes. Make his new key codes, start the car and fly away. All the above mentioned steps can be performed by the well trained thief in less than three minutes. Since this all requires technical training and knowledge so today's thief are well educated and even unemployed engineers also. After that they sell your car in scrap. Brezaa, Creta, all maruti cars will priced upto 30,000 in scrap. So they always target those cars which are high in demand. This is actually my opinion..

Best technique is remove negative terminal of car battery or remove battery if you want to go abroad or somewhere else keeping your car at home.. because thief will never have battery.

Sir, hello n Greetings. Your info in such short videos are a real treat to watch. Full of info. Sir, my two cents of advise is 👉 etch your car windows, front, n rear wind shield. 👉do deep etching on all 5 rims. 👉 do etching on engine ( very deep ) 👉 do deep etching on places like door jamb, cill, near the hinges. It has been noticed in police investigation, car thieves avoid cars where registration numbets are etched. The are always afraid of these number plates not matching with etched numbers , while they are running away. With thec car. Also the only way to dispose such cars are by scrapping them piece by piece. This etching is over n above the points mentioned by you. The other method adopted by me is to not to remove the major dents n scratches . I dont mind them, as theives seldom pick a car with serious dents, which identifies the car.😊 Thanx again.
