Guys please apply oil to the bowl before adding eggs to it otherwise your omelette wont come out

Wow superb recipe for egg curry with extra onion and capsicum and tomatoes. What an awesome idea for steamed eggs on gravy.I will definitely make it but with much less oil. I also use chicken masala in gravies instead of garam masala .You have explained very well 👏 👍 👌
