A review of Abama Golf Course, South Tenerife, Canary Islands 2020.
Join me The KnightStrider as I take a trip to the Abama and Abama Ritz Carlton for an 18 hole game of Golf. I will show you the Golf course, prices and also the rules and regulations that must be followed with the masks and social distancing.
If you are taking a holiday in Tenerife then this is a top ranked Golf course to enjoy a round and escape for some fresh air and fun! Located 25 minutes from Los Cristianos in the direction of Los Gigantes. Stunning views of La Gomera and Los Gigantes, with beautiful greenery and Palm Trees.
Come and see why this pristine Golf Course that won the “Best Golf Course in Spain” award in 2019 and is part of the Global Golf Tourism Organisation! This course has also won various other awards including Certificates of Excellence on TripAdvisor and for “Outstanding Leading Golf Courses”.
I will also show you the clubhouse, the pro shop which had plenty of Men’s and Women’s Golf Equipment and clothing, and also the lovely cafe/bar area where we sat and had a coffee! They also have a Golf Academy and also a fantastic Spa facility.
Also, Wonder what the Weather is like in the evening in Tenerife this August and September? This video should give you a great idea and show what the weather is like in the Summer for playing Golf.

Yes indeed and at the only other course we could play was Amerilla which was very busy and its abit rough round the edges..for a few extra quid we had a pristine course and no one else on the course! 👍🏽

Passed this hotel loads of times on our way to Los Gigantes and playa la Arena. Really enjoyed seeing the golf course,Now when we pass by it in January next year we will know what it’s like. Nice looking course and good hc off 10 how many courses in the island 150 weekends is a bit steep have played a lot in Spain & Portugal a lot of courses are overpriced for the quality of course 150 in Ireland would get a top course like K club or Royal County Down but not guaranteed the weather

Great vlog Andrew. Playing 3 courses in July. I thought it was further than 20mins from Los Cris. I'm staying in Amarilla so its 30 mins max. Great information for me. Please do a vlog on las americas, I've played 3 times and really enjoy playing there.

It’s the worst course on Tenerife. 700 euro for a 4 ball, only 2 of us played still charged 700 euro. Basically a crazy golf course with the elevation changes, mountain golf it is with pitch marks all over the greens if you can manage to keep it in the greens with the slopes. Terrible experience , buggy’s only on paths aswell to add to the elevation changes so if you hit away from the path it’s a mile away. No food aswell until 10:30 staff in the shop were clueless.

"Nice" swing Andrew . What is the turf like. It does look top class very similar to some course I've played in South Africa.
