Y'all know I've been waiting to see this one. Seeing them getting dug out is really awesome. Y'all called them the "creek cars" and I see why, close to a creek. One of them is a 1933 Chevrolet 2 door sedan, I'm still looking for doors to it. The other back peice I haven't been able to identify. If y'all are wondering, yes I bought the pile from y'all a few years back. I do plan on making something of the 33.

I seem to remember old Dodges having fenders shaped narrow rear fenders similar maybe old Dodge brothers? the older they get and the less of them there is the harder it becomes and best luck on the project pirates cove

The other one looks to be a 28 Chevy AB national. I agree the one with the cowl looks like a 33-34 Chevy 2 door sedan. Where I live there’s a 33-34 Chevy 2 door sedan, a 32 ish ford sedan 4 door and a 51-52 Chevy styleline sitting out in the woods near a farmers field in shockingly good shape. There’s also a 50 ish Plymouth special coupe that’s really far gone about a half hour from me off a woods road.

If you don't mind having to get the parts shipped to you, look up French Lake Auto Salvage/parts? In Minnesota. I will almost guarantee you they will have whatever you are looking for no matter what the old car is. They are one of the largest antique car salvage yards in the country with a couple of thousand cars from the teens to the early 70s.

Early 1930"s Chevrolet(GM) bodies where basically rolling pole barns. I restored a 1932 Chev 2 door sedan. It had about 200 pounds of hard wood. The floor supports were 3 strips of wood layers about 2" thick. The floor was plywood. The entire sheet metal body parts were nailed to the structure. The doors were built the same way. A sheet meal stamping then nailed to a wood frame. The wood was not treated, so the cars fell apart in about 10 years. Most GM cars were scrapped in WWII for metal. 30's Fords only used wood for the roof support, the rest of the body including the doors were all steel. That's why so many Fords survived.

You have the remains of 2 cars here.I had one of these, It`s a 34 chevy sedan. You can tell a 34 from a 33 as the 34 had single body line bead on the cowl & the 33 had double line bead (35:36) The other unidentified one could be used for parts(please don`t scrap). The front fender goes to the the other one as the 34 chevy had skirted front fenders.

In the small town of Adams, MA where I grew up in the 70s 80s, we played in the woods alot and explored. There was a piece of land that had many old cars just like this. Some in better shape than this, and some in the same. Some one came in the 90s bought up the land and cleared it all off. I don't know what ever happened to them sadly.

O-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸What happened to using gloves? You even brought a metal detector…something very unusual to have to an expedition, in my opinion, but great if you need it. No snakes. Great! My thought is that it’s a Dodge or Chevy. Weren’t there 2 cars, basically? I’ve had that thought all along. What a find! Have fun strapping that stuff down. Hope you have a tarp as well. I guess you have an episode 2 on this one, so I shall check it out as well. I guessed wrong on that one. Show us what all you got. I love/hate the open roof on those old cars. Would like to know what brand it is, but it might be too far gone for any confirmation on it/them. Still good stuff! Blessings!🥰😎✌️

Probably, the most "logical" way to reconstruct this would be to build some sort of temporary frame to form a "skeleton". Build the frame from 1/2 inch PVC water pipe, starting with the largest piece from the rear and build forward. The frame would be sufficient to hold pieces in place while a couple of tack welds stitched it together. It would have to be a labor of love because this jalopy probably wouldn't hold together enough to be placed on a frame.
