The BMW was a 7 Series F02 (Long Wheelbase), and from the looks of the engine cover it was a 750. I work at a BMW dealership an the piece of paper on the drivers seat looks like the shipping papers that are inside the car when it arrives from the factory. So it is possible that the car is in fact brand new. This also looks like a car made by the BMW individual, as it has the white leather interior including the dash board, and the paint color looks very much like Rosso Corsa which is a Ferrari color but a few people ordered their 7 Series in this color back then through the BMW individual program

Those cars were brand spanking new when they were left! They still are 13 years newer than my Acura... Brand new in my eyes..

Not sharing the homes address but it is in the city of ny, one of the boroughs. A quick search of the city’s tax records shows that all but the last two years taxes have been paid. According to city’s records it is still owned by the same person who bought it back in 2012. Very strange

Great video! I know this was taken a while back. The mansion is in horrible condition now and I believe being demolished. Basement is completely underwater and inside gutted. A lot of vandalism. I do believe the government seized the property, just my theory. It's sad because it was gorgeous. The other video left me wanting more. And yours provided that. Those wandering about this home. It was owned by Abdel-Wadood. Who was in NY viewing colleges for his son,at the time of his arrest. Where he owned an apartment. He was ordered by the judge as his condition of bond release, to remain with an ankle monitor in his apartment in New York. He put up this home and his apartment to cover the 10 million dollar bail. I stopped there because I'm tired. But from what I gathered. The owner who was the main owner with 2 co signers of this home. Was arrested on fraud charges. I'm unsure of his status as of today. People just leaving must be very common. So many vids of that and those are just a tiny fraction of the vacant houses. The vast majority are never posted online. My house was like that. They even left their dog. A neighbor said the people just stopped coming home one day. Left everything. The house was refurbished and then sold.
