I figured that MOST of suits in this 2017 Edition game are very long to wait of their jump scare, except some energy suita like George Eyesore

If I remember correctly; when the original game page was still up, EditedMouse made a majority of the characters have long-ish timers before they jumpscared. Don't remember the exact reasons but I'd imagine that he thought the original timers (from OG 2.0) where a bit 'jacked up.' Because they were either almost instant, or way too long
