That became a new more modern restaurant when it changed to Caribbean Cove also Caribbean Cove had many ceiling fans and part of the hotel was abandoned when it was open it was the main part of Holiday Inn
Caribbean Cove closed weirdly day. It just closed and never opened back up because it’s closed and reopened in the past, but that time it just never did and sat abandoned and bought it up until they demolished it. There was ways to get inside though poor ceiling fans, poor Caribbean Cove pool Holiday Inn they will all be missed.
