First of all - I'm so happy to be back! Vacation was great and much needed - but I was ready to get back to work. Turns out I needed my rest - because this property was A LOT OF WORK! As you'll see from the video - these 2 houses desperately needed help. Today's video is the transformation of the first. Next week I'll post the second (as I’m still editing that one up).

Another one out of the ballpark! The editing is professional, and the drone footage is perfect. Love the music, too. Edging, weed whipping, blowing, mowing, raking, trimming, cutting, gutter repair, wrecked door frame removal, removing roof sticks and branches, shovel up the clumps of grass rather than tossing them onto the lawn, removing debris, and more. Brilliant, professional work. 💯🤘

Wait a minute…. We are neighbors of the 48340 area! These jobs you do are such a blessing to our community! As you know so many of these homes get trashed when people find out they isn’t anyone living in them and by the time the owner knows or our city knows they almost always need to be condemned! You are The Man. You're the type of person I would hire to do my property. I heard 1 other guy with channel say, I am just here to cut the lawn. Not trim bushes, remove trash or limb debris on lawn. I wonder how he cuts the grass and make it look perfect. But then he wonders why he lost clients. I know why, he was sorry. My Dad, older brother, both deceased now. Did lawn care my entire teen years. Mow, trim, egde, cut and haul away the debris. Pruned, weeded and planted and put in the mulch. For those elderly or poor, did for free. This was the late 70s to mid 80s here in Shreveport Louisiana. They don't exist like that here now. Perfect Gentlemen you are. Keep up the great work.

The houses have stood there for a great while and now they are all fixed up for the next season. You pay so much attention to detail and care for the whole property. What a blessing you are to the owners and neighborhood. Hopefully, the boarded up home can be brought back for someone to occupy.j

This neighborhood was doubly blessed this week with 2 transformed properties brought back to life! I particularly enjoyed the bit of fall color this time of year. Going the extra mile to fix the mailbox, the gutters, and giving attention to the little things that improve the property is truly noteworthy! I would love to see a bunch of weekend warriors fixing up some of these abandon houses and giving them to people in need like solo mothers. Get some business on board as well. It solves so many problems in one action. Even get the potential recipients on board through the stages working. It gives people buy in and ownership.

Looks like someone could tell that I wasn’t a pro! Thank you for the tip… I have checked him out before. The issue is that the overgrowth was so thick. The edger blade wasn’t long enough.

Dad had the majority of his tools from the Stihl brand, including his chainsaw. It must be said that Dad took great care of all his tools which lasted for many years.

This is the part that amazes me - you don't stop with the mowing & cleanup - you treat the work almost like it was your home you worked on. What would be awesome would be to see some of these houses either repaired and lived in by low-income folks or just completely removed by the city or county. And then give the lot for free to a builder who will put up a nice little home for a small family or older retired folks on a limited income for a small monthly stipend for a few years & then deed it to them - to let them once again have a feeling of stewardship of the home & the land. What our society forgets so easily is the poverty and helplessness of our older/sick/handicapped Americans. You haven't forgotten - so TYVM Stockman 🙂

I needed that comment. I wasn't sure how everyone would react to me not filming these conversations. I've just been following my heart here on this channel - and it just didn't feel right. "hey hold on...can you say all that again, but to the camera?" I really care about these people (not that others don't) and it's just seems wrong filming these moments. You truly do make these neighborhoods safer by totally cleaning and fixing up these yards and houses. I think helps prevent unwanted people from breaking in to these houses and squatting where they have no right to be. Needless to say, it uplifts the entire neighborhood. I usually only subscribe to the Aussie channels purely because I feel they do far better work than the American channels. The Aussies clean the gardens thoroughly whereas the American's normally just cut the grass and do a bit of edging so it was a pleasure to come across your channel and see things done properly. 😊 It satisfies my OCD 😂
