@@timwegman5776 I really think it has to do with them needing to feel better about themselves. Maybe they have low self esteem and it helps them feel above someone for a minute. Maybe they feel self conscious about having less than average intelligence and it's a way to avoid that feeling. Maybe someone recently corrected them and it made them mad. Or maybe they're just an asshole. Who knows? It has very little to do with the actual mistake and more to do with something going on inside the person.

@@FLAVCO Not all of those buildings have a ceiling anymore. It takes a lot of money to upkeep and heat a building that size. Turning it into a state or church sponsored homeless shelter/orphanage would be nice if you could get the funding.

But also what I would pay cash with. Not the total sum of the loan. I have made 16 years of payments and never been late once. Not to mention I used to own a real estate inspection firm. Florida, a beach side house in Fort Lauderdale. At most I'd say 150k can get you a 3 bed and 2 bath, or 2 bed and 1 bath depending on which part of Florida. Also, that 150k is for rent, not for owning the house. The house itself is probably 600k-1mil in value, but you can end up owning it within a year or two paying the down payments and rent and mortgage. It will only add 300k. No biggie. 🤣

Go build a house in Africa my guy like Senegal, or Ghana you can build nice Lil mansion for the out there if you have 200k you can honestly build a 1.7 million la home

Well actually alot of the prices he has given are really inexpensive, ok wait let me re-phrase that because inexpensive is relative to pricing currently in our area and what we are used to paying. I'm from California so $1,000,000 although a Hell of a lot of money to me does not always buy a hell of alot in housing, so when a guy shows a video where we could own a castle with 25,000sf in Italy for $1.2mil and we look at the run down 1,400sf house across town for $1,000,000 well that's where the relative pricing come irrelevant lol. All I'm saying is these prices are alot of money but in some areas wouldn't buy a hut.
