After years of neglect, the building has begun to fall to natural decay and now sits abandoned. This is one of those explores where it appears the owners left one day and never came back. I didnt get caught, but got chased out - the footage is a but rough as I was running with all my gear and more concerned about getting away, but maybe I’ll include it in the new episode 👌🏻 I’m trying to push out more ALONE videos as I know you all like them, they can just be tricky to pull off sometimes 😅

The water supply of most buildings doesn't need electricity. The water pressure is provided from the main supply. You only need an electric pump onsite is if the pressure isn't enough for some reason, such as the building being very tall (6+ storeys). Otherwise, as long as the valve to the watermain hasn't been turned off, you'll have running water even without electricity.

I think in this case he bought the property from out of state & wasn’t able to prevent more damage being done because of Covid, & now it’s no longer financially feasible to rehabilitate.
