“Parar Function“ continues to be a cult to these days also. This is primarily a cultural programme arranged and performed by the residents of common locality. But a current trend shows that these local performers are getting replaced by popular faces of page 3 to gain more sponsorship or audience.

‘Abar Asbe ‘is a small effort to bring this nostalgic feel back and an ode to all those outstanding performers form locality.
Few references have been adopted from the maestro Rabindranath Tagore’s short story and Shri Tapan Sinha’s film “Kabuliwala”.

Nowadays many named celebs are engaged in saucy topics in name of short films...those have million views....That way this story line as well as concept is innovative and clean...without criticism nothing can produce better in future...but when I think that this talented man directed and carved a story, making out precious quality time from a very busy schedule in a concrete and machine jungle....I find only a positive clean school of thought prevailing .....Its amazing that a person not only remembers and believes, he reminds viewers the might of Bengali Culture and its intensity....So, I can just thank the whole team again and again....to give him their earnest support...

Above all...this film has been able to touch the 4th dimension ...that is time ...typically "rabindrik" philosophy of the 3 generations...! ....what an innovative idea....So emotional...so sentimental but realistic approach... Nowadays, where most of the short films orient an artistic disguise of vulgarity......here you have presented a clean and strong projection of art....bless you dear...

প্রথম প্রচেষ্টা হলেও, অনেকটা প্রত্যাশার পারদ কিন্তু চড়ে গেলো I কবিগুরু র বহুল পরিচিত গল্প কে যে নতুন ভাবে বলা যায় এবং বিখ্যাত সিনেমার পটভূমি টা কে যে অন্য কোনো ভাবে ব্যক্ত করা যায়, সেটা হয়তো এই ছোট্ট ছবি টা না দেখলে জানা যেতো না I ভাবতে ভালো লাগছে যে, এই সিনেমার জন্মলগ্ন থেকে আমি সাক্ষী ছিলাম প্রতিটা মুহূর্তের আর আজকে ও আছি I বিশেষ ভাবে বলার মত এত কিছু আছে এই সিনেমাটার ব্যাপারে যে আপাতত সবটাই শুধু নিজস্ব অনুভূতির মাধ্যমে উপভোগ করতে ইচ্ছে করছে I আমি জানি এরকমই কিছু একটা "আবার আসবে"😃😃

It's really a good effort. Mini @ Rhyme is a real discovery. First film hisabe kichhu khamti thakbei. Kintu segulo mention kore discourage korte chai na. Self teaching is the best teaching. Best of luck for your next film. It would be the best if the next one will be a real thriller with emotional touch. All of us are grey...neither complete white nor black.

1. Both pre n post production works are great except some unwanted instrumental flavour indicating tensed situations and a portion in dubbing. 2. Film had been shot just opposite to my house I recognised lately. 3. May check my channel for an experimental short movie, too ... Thanks 🥂
