The most important part of this overhauling job is to measure the rotor runout, shaft /bore fits and tolerance.

How much is the distance between rotors? Can you answer on my question please. I mean on the distance where you measure it at 3:11 on the video. Thanks

Good question. Rotor to rotor distance must be set depend on the backlash of the gear and run-out of the rotors. Suppose you have Gear Backlash = 0.10mm as per the video and rotor runout = 0.02mm then add them all = 0.12mm. This means that the distance between rotor must be above 0.12mm to avoid rotor collision. Therefore you can use 0.20mm filler gauge between rotors when you tight the gear. I hope this will help you ✌️
