yes, Boeing is responsible for bird strikes. Airbus does not have the issue apparently. But the real story is the engine manufacturer builds a durable engine and Boeing and the airlines train pilots well to handle emergencies like this.

My child now adult was born in 2000. They are thankful they grew up without a phone. I actually didn't allow my kids to have a phone until high school. They all had a childhood and i will always be thankful for that

Warning labels at least starts taking some extra responsibility. It must be really scary to be a parent with young kids these days. Video games, smartphones, and social media seem to have such a big impact on kids' brains and how they socialize. It's tough to think about how all this screen time might be affecting their development.

Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which limits websites’ liability for content hosted by users. Section 230 shields sites against civil suits and state laws, but not federal criminal charges. This law has to change. Putting a label on websites wont accomplish anything.

Unpopular opinion here. I do think social media can be dangerous and a warning label may help. But I think we really need to talk with our kids about the responsibility that comes with using social media… similar to when the internet was new and they kept warning us of predators and how to use the internet responsibly. I think the key to social media is remembering that 90% of it is illusion (no one’s life is 100% perfect and most of these people can’t afford the products they promote) and also knowing when to turn it off.

Exactly! Parents are trying to shift responsibility to the government. The parent purchased the cell phone. Also, their are a quite a few of parental control apps for phones.
